WT offers a variety of options to help build your team. We use two vehicles for team building - our challenge course and whitewater rafting.

Both of these options are fantastic team building exercises but the Challenge Course is geared for getting your team to solve problems. The Raging River, Trust Fall, Berlin Wall, Elves Chasm ... are some of the situations your team will encounter on its journey. Each obstacle presents a different problem to solve and with each one your team gets stronger. At first, its disorganized chaos as individual human nature kicks in. Then, after embarrassing failure, the light goes on the team starts to get it. The course is just like Army boot camp - "break ’em down and build ’em back up" as the drill sergeant used to say. The Challenge Course breaks down barriers quickly. Organizations can use it both for members to get to know each other (quickly) or for team building and problem solving. Whatever the reason, its great fun with tailored outcomes to suite your business or group.
